Whistle Phone

Whistle Phone is an app for calling your family and friends.

Get your own customized phone number and make/receive unlimited high-definition and secure calls to other Whistle users for free over Wi-Fi or 3G/4G. You can also make inexpensive calls to landlines and cell phones for a fraction of your regular rate when you go Premium.
