Projects and Experiences of Peace in Colombia Through People

Colombia requires a virtual strategy that allows channeling the different initiatives for inclusion, development and peace for the reconciliation of Colombians. Mainly, from the processes that arose within the framework of the development and peace programs and the peace laboratories, with the intention of rebuilding the memoirs, transferring lessons learned and contributing to the generation of conditions for the post -conflict and the reconciliation of Colombians.

Currently, within the framework of the negotiation process with the FARC guerrillas, the fear of legitimizing impunity processes is articulated with the desire to rebuild historical memory in Colombia and guarantee the so longed for 'never again' that it allows generating real conditions for the reconciliation of Colombians.

In this context, historical memory requires not only the reconstruction of victimizing facts, but also to have the meeting of communities with their cultural practices, learning from coexistence in rural and urban environments, and the recognition of the existence of peace initiatives in different corners of Colombia.

The reconstruction of the “know -how” of the communities and the dissemination of their strategies to establish the dialogue between development agendas and peace agendas have been a challenge for a country at war.

In Joyanes (2009), understanding the web as an expression of collective intelligence allows people to create and share information and knowledge, skills, experiences and collaborate to decide their own future.

In this context, digital journalism offers alternative tools to narrate stories and facilitate the identification of milestones and experiences through strategies of content, data visualization, “hyperlocal” journalism, network resource management and other trends that place the citizen in the reception and production of content and the journalist in the role of “curator” during the process of selecting the information and construction of the information and construction of the information.

The DPS in search of generating these design spaces and putting into operation a web platform for the collection and systematization of information within the framework of the development, peace and reconciliation processes. Inclopaz is an interactive micrositio that contains: special reports on regional peace and development projects; Life stories, chronicles and reports of the communities; Collection of documents, opinion columns, links to the websites and information of organizations. Specifically, of the experiences of inclusion, development and peace, based on development and peace programs and other peace initiatives in Colombia.

Inclopaz is mainly directed to the protagonists of these experiences: civil society organizations, network of settlers, communities, churches, private companies, state organizations, and all people who are interested in knowing the strategies that have been developed in different municipalities to do development and peace projects in the middle of the conflict.
