This is a personal medical record app that allow you to store personal medical information such as blood type, allergies, next of kin and other information. The idea behind this app is that you can store this info on your phone or mobile device and if you’re in an accident there will be an easy way for medical authorities to contact any close relatives and be informed about any important medical facts such as allergies to any medicines and prior medical conditions. This is all stored on your phone and not in the cloud - for confidentiality reasons. You can add as much or as little information as you want to the app. Feel free to play.
