Deprem Bilgi Sistemi is a mobile application developed by Boğaziçi University, Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute. This application was prepared by Cenk Tarhan ([email protected]).

The aim of this practice is to inform users about the earthquakes in Türkiye and its immediate surroundings and to provide the opportunity to access the data of Türkiye's history of earthquake history. The application also provides users who feel this when there is an earthquake and who have established the application on mobile phones or tablets, how they feel the earthquake to the Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute. In this way, when there is any earthquake, it will be possible to determine how the earthquake is felt and the position of the earthquake damage.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for Deprem Bilgi Sistemi to operate smoothly, the location finding service of your mobile device must be open and the application must be authorized to find a location.
