Nguyen Nhat Anh is the name and also the pseudonym of a Vietnamese writer who specializes in writing for adolescence. He was born on May 7, 1955 in Thang Binh district, Quang Nam.

"Girl from yesterday" is a story or describing the innocent, dreamy and very interesting love of the school age with many funny details and witty writing of writer Nguyen Nhat Anh.

In 1990, the long story was awarded by the Central Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

In 2004, Nguyen Nhat Anh signed a contract with Kim Dong Publishing House to continue publishing a long series of 28 episodes called the story of Langbiang talking about the two boys lost in the witch world. This is the first time he wrote a series completely based on imagination. Therefore, to prepare for this work, it took him 6 months of researching documents and reading relevant newspapers such as witches and magicians, Eastern legends, magic and witch techniques ..

After the story of Langbiang, his next work was the pen of a puppy called my name.

In 2008, Nguyen Nhat Anh published a story called "Give me a ticket to my childhood", this work was voted by the Lao Dong Newspaper as the best work in 2008. Winning ASEAN Literature Award in 2010.
