Cardiogram measures your heart rate once every two minutes, so that you can how daily activities like coffee, walking, stress, and eating drive your heart. Your most recent heart rate is a glance away on your watch, and the Cardiogram app shows you a chart of your heart rate for the whole week.

Activities from Google Fit, like biking or walking, are automatically shown in Cardiogram.
